Francesca Cantale
My name is Francesca and I am a web designer! I was born in 1984 in Puglia and in 2010, for love, I moved to Tuscany.
In 2012, I opened my first business with my partner, in the field of catering: a pub pizzeria. I must say that, despite the difficulties you may encounter, it was a very intense experience. I learned to listen to the customer, understand what he wanted and make him come back (retain him).
In 2020 I sold my business and started studying what I liked most: Web design. This is how I started my long training in website creation.
My experience and technical skills have given birth to Thallion Dev, a project that puts people at the centre, not just codes. Every job I do is a balance between technical precision and care for relationships, because I believe that the best solutions come from listening and understanding the real needs of the client.

Why I decided to be a freelancer
Freelance web designer
I decided to become a freelance web designer because I was looking for the freedom to create without restrictions, being able to choose projects that really inspire me and work with clients who share my vision and creative approach.
Another key aspect for me was flexibility. As a freelancer, I can organize my time in order to balance work and private life, managing my days according to the needs of each project.
Finally, this choice has allowed me to grow steadily, both professionally and personally. Each new job is an opportunity to hone my skills, discover new technologies and face different challenges that encourage me to improve continuously.

Professionalism is often thought to mean simply completing a task. But for me, being professional goes far beyond that. It means first of all listening, really understanding what you need, and finding the best solution for you . And not always the best solution is the most complex or the most expensive. My goal is to guide you towards simpler and more effective choices, those that not only solve the problem but leave you satisfied and serene.
A fundamental aspect of my approach is the transparency . When I make a commitment, I do it knowing that I can meet the time and expectations. And when it is not possible, the answer is an honest NO. Saying no is not a weakness, but a responsible choice. It is what allows to maintain quality and trust in every collaboration.

Something about me...
- Born in Bari, in Puglia, to a mother from Puglia and a father from Sicily. (Every now and then a 'miiiiii' slips out 😝)
- Passionate about photography and reportage, with a particular interest in war and travel. As a child I loved photography magazines.
- Music accompanies me at every stage of life: from blues to rock, heavy metal, reggae (first Bob Marley tape when I was 11), up to trip hop and electronics.
- I am a vegetarian, for environmental sensitivity and love of animals, keeping a balanced approach.
- Outdoor walks and yoga are essential for my mental well-being and to break from work.
- I have lived in Gran Canaria and I like working in different environments to learn new realities and broaden my perspective.
- Passionate about reading, ranging from poetry to novels by Nick Hornby, and design texts such as "Extra Bold".
- I prefer to surround myself with people who are open-minded and willing to confront, rather than those who have a narrow vision.
- When it starts to rain, I often find myself outside enjoying the rain and the thunderstorm atmosphere.

Mitha was born almost for play, by me and Miao - grafismi itineranti, a talented graphic designer who also edited my illustrations.
I have always been surrounded by good and motivated people in their work.
This project represents an opportunity for customers, as they can find all the solutions they need here without the inconvenience of having to look elsewhere.
